CUSTOMER OR PARTNER?

Goal: help each person pick the right path, then sign your first customers and your first partner.

First, figure out: are they a customer or a partner?
Don't sign someone up as a partner if they're not ready to talk about it — they'll miss their bonus window. Ask a few simple questions first. Their answers tell you which path fits.
The 4 questions to ask
1. "Do you want to share this with people, or just try it yourself first?" → Share = Partner · Try = VIP customer 2. "Do you know people who'd want this, or clients you'd talk to?" → Yes = Partner · Not sure = VIP 3. "Would you post about it, or keep it low-key for now?" → Post = Partner · Low-key = VIP 4. "Do you want to make money with this, or mainly just want the products?" → Money = Partner · Products = VIP
There's no wrong answer — just the right fit. And a VIP can always become a partner later.
Have the chat (no pressure)
Share both options and let them pick. Here are words you can use, almost line for line.
What to say
Start: "I wanted to share something because I think it could be really good for you — and I want to be real about it. There are two ways to get involved, and I want to help you pick the one that fits." Both options: "One way is as a VIP customer — you get the products at a discount, you try them, you love them, no pressure to share. The other is as a Market Partner — same products, but you also earn money and I help you get started." Ask: "Honestly — do you want to share this with people, or just try it yourself first? Either answer is totally fine." If they want to share (Partner): "Perfect — let's get you started, because the first 6 months have some great bonuses we don't want to miss. I'll walk you through it." If they want to try it (VIP): "Love it — let's get you the discount, and you can switch to partner any time you want."
